The Nikšić police identified the person who broke a planter on the Slobode Square in Nikšić on July 29. It is Slobo Stevović (54) from Nikšić who, as reported by the police, admitted to knocking over the planter in which the seedling was located. He allegedly made an excuse that he did it because he was under the influence of alcohol that day and that is the only explanation why he acted like that.
The prosecutor was informed about the incident, who qualified the incident as a criminal offense of destruction and damage to someone else's property. The owner of the restaurant was provided with the perpetrator's data in order to initiate a private lawsuit.
On the video of the surveillance camera of the place in front of which the planter was standing, a man in a white shirt repeatedly kicks the planter, carefully waiting for cars and passers-by to pass, looking left and right. After he finally succeeded, which was seen by two passers-by, he just slowly walked away.
