"Lovec and Bulgaria in the European Union (EU) give us the opportunity to learn from them. We are particularly interested in being, like Loveč, successful in applications for funds from European funds. Through our cooperation, historical ties between Montenegro and Bulgaria are also opened. "I recommend young people from Kolašin and its surroundings to think about studying in Bulgaria, because these are European and quality indexes," he said.
The guest at the opening of the exhibition was Meglena Plugčieva, Ambassador of Bulgaria to Montenegro. According to her, the connection of two cities also contributes to the connection of two countries.
"We are ready to help Montenegro fulfill its obligations as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are here for all projects and initiatives.
