Airbnb, the world's largest online market for unique and authentic accommodations and activities, with more than seven million accommodations and 40 carefully designed activities implemented by local hosts, is available in the Montenegrin language as of today.
As announced by the company, approximately six guests check in to an accommodation on Airbnb every second, all over the world.
"In 2011, 12 cities had more than a thousand Airbnb accommodations, and today almost a thousand cities have more than a thousand Airbnb accommodations," the statement said.
It is stated that in 2011, only one city had over 100 guest arrivals in Airbnb accommodations, while in the past year, over 300 guest arrivals were recorded in more than 100 cities.
"Although Airbnb is already used in more than 191 countries and regions around the world, we are constantly working to make our platform accessible to more people. From Montenegrin to Zulu, we want everyone to feel welcome on Airbnb, regardless of what language they speak," said the company.
Today, as they stated, they are doubling the number of languages in which hosts and guests can use Airbnb.
"Since we now support 62 languages worldwide, the Airbnb platform can be used by more than four billion native speakers. With new languages, we strive to give even more hosts the opportunity to make money and make it easier for more guests to experience trips that provide a local perspective and authentic, unique experiences," the announcement says.
It says hosts and guests using the Airbnb website or app can easily switch to the new language.
"Our mobile apps use the language selected in the device settings. To change the language, users can simply go to their device settings and switch to one of the new languages we now support," said Airbnb.
