"Before he resigns due to incompetence, inaction and irresponsibility, and after admitting that he allowed privileged individuals to drive to the restaurant and thereby violated the law, he is obliged to submit the request and the decision on that request to the citizens. "Klica must understand that no national park, not even Durmitor National Park, is owned by him, but the good of all citizens of Montenegro and that he and his business partners are not above the law that clearly stipulates when and who can drive to the Black Lake," they said. are from GI "You won't be able to anymore".
On November 9, activists of the GI submitted to Vijesti photos of a dozen cars and vans parked near Black Lake and demanded Klica's resignation for violating the Law on National Parks.
"Just in case he tries to distort reality and cover up the facts, as he has done many times before, we remind them that our activists documented that on the night between Saturday and Sunday, several cars and one passenger car were parked next to the restaurant on Black Lake in the late evening hours van, even though the movement of vehicles and parking outside the designated place is punishable by the Law on NP", said the GI to "Vijesta".
After that, NPCG responded in which they explained that they accepted the request of one of the users of the space:
"The tenant of the restaurant 'Crno jezero', who on Saturday evening (November 9, 2019), after the working hours of the National Park, organized a business gathering for his associates and business partners in order to mark a successful tourist season, the entrance of vehicles to the restaurant was enabled, according to the aforementioned Decision."
The GI "Dalje necje pocoti" said yesterday that Klica's resignation was one of the ten demands of the Coalition for Sustainable Development, of which they are a part, and that they subsequently asked for their resignation because of eco-crime on Lake Skadar:

We expect them to do so immediately.” The Law on National Parks foresees that a fine of up to 150 euros will be imposed on a natural person if he parks a vehicle in a national park outside the designated parking area and drives outside the designated road.
"You won't be able to do it any further" said that, before submitting the application, they will insist that Klica, in addition to delivering the decision and the request of the restaurant tenant, answer the questions about who raised the ramp so that vehicles could pass and whether the tickets to the National Park were properly charged. Durmitor". “If they did, how many people paid the entrance fee and who charged them after the opening hours of the NP and where is that money? Despite the fact that you are paid for it, we will continue to protect our national treasure from you, your business and other partners and demand responsibility", said the GI.
