The sea at Jaz in Budva threatens to flood several households due to storms and heavy rain, announced the Directorate for Emergency Situations of the Interior Ministry.
It was announced that in the previous 24 hours, the services had no interventions related to the existing meteorological situation. The exception, they say, is the Protection and Rescue Service in Budva, which pumped water from several flooded residential and commercial buildings and placed sandbags to protect the Old Town from flooding.
"In other areas it is stable, the water level of the rivers and Skadar lake is slightly increasing, and even today there was no discharge of water from the hydroelectric power plants on the Drim river," it was announced.
They add that the protection and rescue system is still on standby and monitoring the situation on the ground.
