In order to prevent the spread of the corona virus, the public enterprise for the national parks of Montenegro temporarily closes the entrance to all visitors, which is in accordance with the new set of temporary measures of the Government of Montenegro and recommendations to the state administration, the economy and the media.
"With a new set of temporary measures, the Ministry of Health, in order to prevent the introduction and spread of the corona virus and to protect citizens, recommended on March 17.03.2020, XNUMX, among other things, maximum abstinence from using public areas, and in this regard the JPNPCG decided to act accordingly with this recommendation and temporarily close all its entry-control points for all visitors," the National Parks announced.
They say that the management of JPNPCG in Podgorica and the management of all national parks of Montenegro are individually introducing special duty hours for employees in order to implement priority activities.
"Also, in accordance with the same, the Protection Services will regularly carry out their activities in order to control and protect the area. The NPCG calls on all citizens, visitors and business entities to strictly adhere to the temporary measures prescribed by the competent authorities of Montenegro. The JPNPCG appeals to all users of the NPCG space and at the same time to all citizens of Montenegro to treat their own health and the health of all those they are in contact with with maximum care.
