The construction inspection filed a criminal complaint with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje for illegal construction on the Bistrica river.
The report came after the non-governmental organization (NGO) "Euromost" reacted last Sunday due to, as they claimed, illegal construction works on the Bistrica river and the devastation of that river in the town of Gubavac, at the confluence of Bistrica and Lim, below the fishing lodge.
In the notification of the urban planning and construction inspector Hajro Hajdarpašić, it is stated that on March 18 he carried out an inspection control of the construction of the building at that location and found that SRD "Sinjavac", investor Ranko Dulović, had concreted the floor terrace measuring 25x5 meters, with a cantilever overhang of one meter.
The investor, as stated, performed the works without a construction report and documentation in accordance with the Law on Spatial Planning and Building Construction.
The inspector prohibited further work and closed the construction site.
After that, on March 21, the inspector performed the inspection again and concluded that the investor had covered the floor terrace with stone, gravel and earth and did not continue with the work.
For this reason, he filed a criminal complaint against the investor with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje.
"After receiving the notification, "Euromost" asked the construction and other competent inspectors to order the investor, not to bury, but to return the place to its previous state, and not just cover it, because it entered deep into the river bed and the place that is used by fish for spawning, as a result of which huge damage was caused to the fish stocks of both Lima and Bistrica. We also expect the Security Center and the prosecution to launch an investigation, because it is obvious that with such a procedure the criminal act of destruction and damage to the environment was committed," the statement said. is from that NGO.
