Đukanović's company "Capital Invest", which was gifted to him by his father in June 2018, as stated in the central register, received a 40 percent stake in the company "Kodio" from Vladimir Perunović free of charge. Now 50 percent of that company is owned by Saša Šćepanović, 40 percent by Capital Invest, and 10 percent by Perunović.

The company "BB solar" was registered for the installation of electrical installations and received the job of environmental reconstruction of the Pljevlja Thermal Power Plant.
"Vijesti" recently announced that the signing of the contract on the ecological reconstruction of the Thermal Power Plant with the selected consortium "Dec Intenacional" - "Bemax" - "BB Solar" - "Permonte" did not take place in February, which was one of the announcements of the state-owned Electric Industry (EPCG). .
The investment is worth 54 million euros, and the delay was caused by the coronavirus epidemic that then affected China, where DEC is headquartered.
According to the original announcements, the contract on the environmental reconstruction of the Thermal Power Plant was supposed to be signed by the end of 2019. Cleaner air in Pljevlja, the most polluted Montenegrin city, also depends on this work.
On November 8, last year, the commission for the opening and evaluation of EPCG chose an offer worth 54.427.700 euros including VAT, from a consortium led by the Chinese DEC, which also includes the son of the President of Montenegro through the company "BB solar".
The offers of the Chinese "Shangai Electric Group Co.Ltd" of 97.922.683 euros and the German-Slovenian consortium "Hamon - Rudis" of 72.539.500 euros were rejected.
There were no appeals against EPCG's decision on the selection of the most favorable offer in the tender.

According to the original announcements, the project of ecological reconstruction of the Thermoelectric Power Plant was supposed to be implemented by 2021 and to enable the continuation of the thermal energy complex in Pljevlja (Thermoelectric Power Plant-Coal Mine) for the next 20 to 30 years.
Loss on hydropower, but property values rise
Mlađi Đukanović, together with his business partner Ivan Burzanović, is also the owner of the company "BB Hidro", with which they entered into the business of building small hydropower plants.
That company recorded a loss of EUR 59 last year, but its assets increased by EUR 600 and were valued at EUR 1,8 million.
The company "BB Solar" pledged its property, five business premises in a building in the Kruševac neighborhood of Podgorica, on several occasions in the name of loans taken as assistance to "BB Hidro" in the construction of the small hydroelectric plant Bistrica in Kolašin.
Đukanović is financing the construction of a small hydroelectric plant on the basis of a loan of one and a half million euros from Hipotekarna banka. As a guarantee that the money will be returned, Đukanović pledged all the assets in Montenegro that are registered in his name - two office spaces in the Vektra building of 412 and 47 square meters, a duplex of 199 square meters in Žabljak and three registered plots of 3.640 square meters in Kolašin. on "BB Hidro". A 52-square-meter apartment in the Podgorica neighborhood of Gorica, owned by "BB Solar", has also been mortgaged.
The company received the concession for the construction of the MHP "Bistrica" in 2016, towards the end of the mandate of the government headed by Blaž's father, who also signed the consent of his son's company.
The construction of small hydropower plants in Montenegro is mostly done by businessmen close to the top of the DPS, because it is a profitable business.
The planned reconstruction of the Pljevlja Thermal Power Plant is worth 54 million euros, and Đukanović's company is part of the consortium that won the job at the tender.
