Employees and volunteers of the Bijelo Polje Municipal Red Cross Organization in cooperation with the local self-government, the municipal Team for Protection and Rescue, the presidents of the Local Communities as well as volunteers from places that are in isolation, try every day to provide everything necessary for the fellow citizens of Bijelo Polje villages who are in isolation.
"In addition to the help for 70 households in food and hygiene that we sent on Saturday, today in cooperation with the Municipality of Bijelo Polje, we determined another smaller amount of help for these fellow citizens. We are in daily communication with the presidents of local communities, employees and volunteers of the Municipal Red Cross Organization Bijelo Polje are at their disposal for all the activities they deem necessary", announced the OO of the Red Cross of Bijelo Polje.
Coordinator Mađan Živković added that the geronto housewives will help in the procurement and collection of medicines in order to deliver all necessary medicines on time for the citizens who are in isolation. Only through joint action, discipline, humanity, wisdom, solidarity and tolerance can we overcome the challenges we have faced, said Živković.
He pointed out that the priority in support is the residents of the village of Biokovac and the surrounding villages in Vraneška and that they are doing everything to help them in the best possible way.
Živković thanked all the citizens from the village who are in isolation, and especially the local communities and volunteers who make great efforts to help their fellow citizens and deliver everything they need at this time.
