Thirteen-year-old Adea Dervišaga from Ulcinj successfully underwent two stem cell treatments at the "Live" clinic in Istanbul, but in order for the girl to finally walk, two more treatments costing 18 euros are needed.
The family does not have that money, and the NGO Izvor života invited all people of good will to help Adea.
"There are two more therapies left that would be the way for Ade to take her first step. Progress is evident after the first two treatments because her body accepted the stem cells," said Konstantina Maraš from the NGO Izvor života, which in cooperation with the NGO "Right to Life ", launched a series of activities in order to collect the funds as quickly as possible.
Maraš stated that the charity concert announced for the end of this month at the Primavera Hotel in Ulcinj is just one of a series of activities aimed at raising the missing money for the treatment of a girl with cerebral palsy. Adea is a beneficiary of the Budi humane foundation and all income from the concert will be paid to the account of that institution.

Adea was born in May 2004, in the seventh month of her mother's pregnancy. As a premature baby, she spent 45 days in an incubator and six months later was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. She is intellectually preserved, but cannot walk on her own and can only stand with support. The girl's treatment in Turkey began around January 20.
