Last year, the new executive director of "Montenegro Airline" Vlastimir Ristić received around 15.600 euros per month, according to the regular annual report on income and assets, which he submitted to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
Before being appointed director last month, Ristić was a member of the Board of Directors of "Airport of Montenegro".
In addition to receiving almost 1.160 euros as a member of OD "Aerodrom", he had another seven regular monthly incomes.
He earned 850, 900 and 2.000 euros per month from renting out three business premises in Podgorica. He also rented out an apartment in Belgrade for 1.000 euros per month.
It has apartments of 45, 80 and 83 square meters, as well as business premises of 29, 102 and 135 square meters. He reported that he acquired the entire property by purchase.
In the report, he also states that he has two regular jobs, where he earns 1.085 and 888 euros per month. In the name of dividends from one of them, he received 7.708 euros per month last year. He owns the company "IceCom" in three countries and "Algoritma".
His wife, Kristina Ristić, works at the "Ivan Uskoković" Secondary School for a little more than 590 euros.
Ristić is repaying loans worth less than 520.000 euros, of which he borrowed more than 180.000 last year. He pays back four loans in installments of around 4.460 euros per month.
He reported that three office buildings of 151, 266 and 600, two office spaces of 36 and 105 and a meadow of 1.609 square meters are managed on "Algoritam" which are burdened with mortgages.
"Algoritam" and "IceCom" also have six motor vehicles, two of which were purchased last year.
"Vijesti" wrote that even after 15 months, the proceedings initiated against him by the Agency have not been completed due to the suspicion that he violated the Law on Prevention of Corruption, by simultaneously having a role in a state-owned company and running his own private companies.
Agency representatives said at the end of last week that the proceedings against him are almost over.
The President of the Board of Directors of "Montenegro Airline" Nikola Vukićević received around 4.830 euros per month for the most part of last year, according to the regular annual asset record that he submitted to the Agency.
In addition to the 3.170 euros he received as president of the Board of Directors, he received 950 euros each as a member of the Assembly of Air Traffic Control Serbia and Montenegro (SMATSA), 250 as the president of the Audit Committee of "Budvanska Riviera", and 459 euros for nine months from the Examination Committee for passing state examination of the Personnel Administration. In December last year, he received 250 euros as a member of the Audit Board of the company "Morsko dobro".
His wife Jelena Vukićević from the Clinical Center received 780 euros last year.
Vukićević is the owner of an 86 square meter apartment, scrapped "audi 80" from 1990 and "audi a6" from 2013. Surpuga drives a Renault Clio 3 from 2008.
At the end of last year, Vukićević had 29.000 euros saved, and from the end of 2016, he started repaying 20.000 euros in installments of 37 euros.
Milica Abramović receives 743 euros in compensation in OD "MA", and as the head of the Directorate of the Air Helicopter Unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, less than 2.745 euros.
Abramović reported to the Agency that she has 40.000 euros in cash, that she owns stocks and that she drives a six-year-old Mazda 3.
Family member Krstinja Abramović is responsible for all immovable property, which includes an apartment, a house and part of another, two auxiliary buildings and a large plot of land. Last year, Krstinja Abramović received 375 euros from the PIO Fund.
In addition to the remuneration of 736 euros from the MA Board of Directors, Dragan Popović earned another 4.560 euros per month. He received 2.560 euros as a government plane pilot, and 2.000 euros as a compliance manager at the Civil Aviation Agency.
Popović is the owner of apartments of 50 and 85 square meters which he acquired by purchase, while his wife Danko Popović has a house of 340 square meters where a gift contract was registered as the basis of acquisition.
Popović earns 350 euros per month in the Tax Administration, and family member Spomenka Popović earns 510 euros in pension. The OD member is also the owner of the Škoda Octavia from 2001 and a boat from 2011, and his wife has a Kia Rio from 2015. They have shares in the Port of Bar.
Miroslav Bjelica received 743 euros as a member of OD last year, and 930 was his pension.
He is the owner of an apartment of 69 square meters, and his wife of 30 square meters, which they acquired by purchase.
Ljiljana Bjelica's wife earned 485 euros a month at the "Ljubica Popović" kindergarten, and her daughter Anja Bjelica earned 609 euros for most of the year at an unspecified company.
A member of the Board previously leased a 2015 Suzuki Vitara. He was the only one of them who gave his consent for the inspection of the bank accounts.
For the fifth member of the Board of Directors, Dženan Demić, the regular annual property card for the past year is not available at this time.
