In the afternoon, the police exerted additional pressure on the organizers of the event "In the light of Christ's resurrection Bokelji St. Sava and the Prevlač martyrs" to give up the usual carrying of the relics of the Prevlač martyrs through Tivat to the church of St. Sava.
According to the priest Mijajlo Backović from the police, they were told that it is not allowed to carry the relics accompanied by the people in the procession.
After that, the organizers carried the relics by car through the city and blessed it.
The relics were brought to the Church of St. Sava, where an evening service was held with an akathist for the health of the citizens and the blessing of the city of Tivat.

Priests and present citizens adhere to the measures of the National Coordinating Body for Infectious Diseases (NKT) for performing religious services, and all this is monitored from all sides by many uniformed and plainclothes members of the Tivat police.

"Today I am ashamed, first of all as a citizen of Tivat and Montenegro, that we did not welcome the relics of the patrons of our city who gave their lives for Christ with dignity in our city, as we did 19 years ago," the priest told "Vijesta" Backovic.
The relics will remain in the temple of Saint Sava for three days, in order to give a chance to all believers who wish to kiss them and bow to them while observing the prescribed physical distance and NKT measures.
