The gathering organized by the Serbian Orthodox Church in Nikšić violated the order prohibiting gatherings, and the organizers will be prosecuted, said the director of the Police Administration, Veselin Veljović.
"All those who did not comply with the agreements and promises they made to the police will bear the responsibility and the consequences that arise from that," said Veljović, it was announced on the Twitter account of the Police Administration.
The Council for Citizen Control of Police Work previously announced that the citizens gathered in front of the Cathedral of St. Vasilij Ostrog in Nikšić did not comply with the measures of the National Coordinating Body, and that the approach of the church authorities was completely different from the one in Ostrog.
