Acting Supreme State Prosecutor (VDT) Ivica Stanković reminded all believers that after the easing of measures, the performance of religious ceremonies is possible only with respect to the recommendations of the National Coordinating Body (NCT) and the orders of the Ministry of Health.
"The gathering in Nikšić deviated from the regulations of the competent state authorities, and that's why I say that all those who, after the collected notifications, data and evidence by the police and the competent state prosecutor's office, are determined to have violated the adopted regulations with their actions, will be held criminally responsible for that." Stanković pointed out for Television Vijesti.
The Acting Supreme State Prosecutor told everyone who knowingly violates the measures and orders of the competent authorities that in this way he will provoke a decisive reaction from the Prosecutor's Office, because - the law is equal for everyone.
At the same time, Stanković once again reminded that for the most serious consequences caused by a criminal offense against people's health, a prison sentence of up to 12 years is prescribed.
