The Budi Human Foundation announced that funds were collected for treatment of the boy Ognjen Radonjić, with the help of which he will get a chance to see better.
"Thanks to your big hearts, through the Budi Human Foundation, we managed to collect 27.676 euros together, which is needed for the treatment of the little Podgorica resident Ognjen Radonjić. Ogi is only five years old, and as a baby he was diagnosed with damage to the optic nerve in both eyes and narrowed field of vision. Ophthalmic nerve surgeries are not possible at clinics in Montenegro and the region. The only hope for Ogi to see better is the "All-Russian Center for Eye and Plastic Surgery" in the city of Ufa in Russia," the foundation states.
As they add, the boy had his first operation at that clinic last year, after which he needs to visit the clinic again, so that progress can be seen. "The Be Humane Foundation has so far managed to provide funds for a total of 21 children who needed treatment abroad. We are currently collecting funds for six children who are waiting for their chance to receive treatment. Our Foundation tries to show that every contribution means a lot, and that support is very important for children in the healing process! Therefore, thank you to everyone who is part of our brave battles. We wish our Ogi the best of luck in the continuation of his treatment," the Budi humane foundation announced.
