Tenants of Miloja Pavlović Street in Podgorica's Gornja Gorica neighborhood have had a huge problem with every rain for more than seven years - the unpaved street floods, and the water can't see the holes in the roadway, so their cars are often damaged.
"It all started when the neighbors decided to concrete part of the street several years ago and now we have a buffer zone and a puddle that appears at the first rain and stays there for weeks. An even bigger problem is the huge hole in the middle of the street, which you can't see from the water and it is impossible to avoid it by car," say the residents of this street.
They say that due to the large amount of water, which collects there, the entire street with a length of 15 to 20 meters has sunk so that the puddle fills up even faster when it starts to rain because the water also flows from the main street of Miloj Pavlović.
"When children go to school, they have to pass through someone else's yard. We went to the local community countless times in vain and begged for the problem to be solved," say the tenants.
