Police officer Rajko Minic saved the life of a woman who wanted to commit suicide.

As they clarified, after learning that a person was trying to commit suicide by jumping from the Blaž Jovanović bridge in Morač, Minic immediately went to the scene.
"Minić noticed a face in the water and immediately started a rescue mission without thinking. After swimming 60 meters, he reached a woman and managed to swim to a nearby rock and pull her out of the surface, thus saving her life," the statement said.
The police, firefighters and medical workers soon arrived, and the woman was transported to the Emergency Block.
"Members of the Protection and Rescue Service of the Capital City of Podgorica, with the help of a boat, pulled a woman and a police officer to the bank of the Morača River. She was transported to the Emergency Block in order to provide adequate medical assistance," the statement said.
The UP said that they show the greatest respect to the official Minic.
