Two fishermen from Sutomore were rescued today in an operation by the Maritime Safety Administration, after they sailed from Sutomore bay early this morning and lost all trace of them there.

After an hour and a half search, the UPS crew, Stevan Asović and Nikola Bošković, on the SAR-1 rescue boat, found them on the hidden beach of Kurtovića Porat, in Majevik Bay, where they were trapped due to strong winds that reached speeds of up to 35 knots. .

"The Maritime Operations Center today received a call around 11:1 a.m. that the two fishermen who went to sea early this morning were not answering their families' phones, which caused them concern due to the strong northerly wind. Five minutes later, the SAR-5 rescue boat set sail from pier XNUMX Luke Bar," says the UPS announcement.

It is stated that the crew started the search from Cape Ratac to Čanje, because previously the operators Erkam Vuković and Filip Perunović determined through the order system that no vessel was located between Bar and Budva.
