Readers send: Parking in the City neighborhood or a swimming pool?

The heavy rains that have been falling in Podgorica for the past 24 hours have turned the parking lot between the professor's buildings in the City Quarter neighborhood into a swimming pool.

A "Vijesti" reader sent a photo of the current state of the parking lot, with the desire to point out this problem.

It will be rainy in Podgorica today as well, with showers and thunderstorms.
