IN4S reacted to the filing of the criminal report Criminal Police Sector against Gojko Raičević (57) from Podgorica, executive director of NVU "IN4S" Podgorica, due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of tax and contribution evasion.
The Police Administration (UP) announced that they suspect that Raičević "caused damage to the budget of Montenegro in the amount of 41.652 euros based on unpaid VAT for September and profit tax for 2018 in the amount of 17.851 euros."
IN4Ssu announced that this is a regime construction due to the published texts on the aforementioned portal, and that they will dismantle it by showing the dates of payments that UP claims were never made.
IN4S said that "on December 20.12.2018, 16, EUR 417.92 was paid for VAT on income for 2018. Also, on February 20.02.2019, 16, EUR 161.47 was paid for VAT on income from 2019. Profit taxes are also in the legal reported and settled by the deadline".
