Employees of the Podgorica "Parking Service" claim that the management falsifies documents in order not to lose disputes in court due to unpaid wages for night work, and that they were allegedly helped by union representatives.

When several employees of that company contacted the employer about unpaid wages for night work, "Parking Service" claimed that there was no decision based on which the wages were reduced and the workers won the dispute in court.

One of them, for whom the High Court overturned the verdict of the Basic Court in April, claims that the controversial decision has now "suddenly" appeared in the public, that "Parking Service" is trying to avoid paying compensation to other workers as well. He claims that the document is a forgery.

"Parking service", as well as the trade union of that company, did not want to answer these accusations.

In April, the High Court confirmed to Dalibor Radonjić the verdict of the Basic Court, which was appealed by "Parking servis" and according to which that company is obliged to pay him 1.990 euros for more than five years - from June 1, 2013 to March 1, 2018.

Radonjić told "Vijesta" that two documents "appeared" suddenly, i.e. Decisions, in which it is written that "the calculation value of the coefficient is determined in the gross amount of 133,65 euros according to which the calculation of wages was carried out until now.

He also states that both documents, which "Vijesti" had access to, were filed under the same effective number from November 30, 2017, although one of them states that "...Based on Article 30 and 31 of the Collective Agreement of the 'Parking Service' Company" Podgorica, the Trade Union Organization, the Workers' Union, the employer-executive director and the Board of Directors of the Company on September 17, 2013 make..." "In the first decision, which I responsibly claim is a forgery, it says that it was made on September 17, 2013, and it was filed under No. 9054 of November 30, 2017, signed by the executive director Nusret Canović. That is impossible, because Canović was not at the head of the company at the time. In addition to him, the president of the union organization of our company, which belonged to the Federation of Independent Trade Unions, Nikola Jovović, the president of the other union organization of the company, Sonja Milačić, and the president of the Board of Directors, Srđan Miljanić, also signed. And the second decision, which dates back to November 29, 2017, and was filed under the same number as the first - 9054, was signed by the same persons," says Radonjić. According to him, the representatives of the trade union were not allowed to sign that document, so they violated the collective and branch agreement for communal activities, to which "Parking service" belongs.

"Jovović should not have done that, because he used the seal of the Union of Trade Unions of Montenegro, of which we have not been a member since 2013," Radonjić said.

He also said that his lawyer Biljana Vuksanović, who represented him in the dispute against the company, was taken aback when she saw those two documents. The "Parking Service" did not answer the questions of "Vijesti", and the director Canović did not answer the phone calls of the journalists either.

Jovović told the newsroom that he could not talk about those documents over the phone today, but that he could come for an interview next week.

Vuksanović: They are trying to avoid paying compensation to others

Lawyer Biljana Vuksanović confirmed to "Vijesta" that during the dispute the authorities from "Parking Service" did not mention those documents, and that they lost it precisely because they did not have them.

"I assume that they are now trying to avoid paying compensation to other workers who sued them with those 'forgeries', but they did it so unskillfully. This is a job for the prosecutor," said Radonjić.

Miomir Mugoša, the former mayor of Podgorica, illegally reduced salaries by ten percent, when he voluntarily ordered all city companies to do so a few years ago.
