At today's meeting, the Management Board of the University of Montenegro (UCG) elected Svetlana Perović as the dean of the Faculty of Architecture, for the mandate period from now until 2023.
As announced by UCG, the decision on the selection was made at the proposal of the Council of the Faculty of Architecture and with the opinion of the rector of the University, Danil Nikolić.
"Perović will take office on December 6, after the expiration of the current term of the current dean Svetislav Popović," the announcement states.
At the session, it was noted that the term of office of the dean of the Faculty of Philosophy, Goran Barović, will end on August 21, and Tatjana Novović's term as dean will begin, for the period from now until 2023.
President of the Board of Directors of UCG Duško Bjelica announced that, in addition to personnel issues, the topic was also the budget of UCG for the next year.
"The request for budget funds of the UCG in the total amount of EUR 24,8 thousand has been determined. The request is submitted to the ministries of education and finance, in the prescribed form," said Bjelica.
He added that an integral part of that decision is the Rector's proposal from July 20, with an expert explanation from the Finance Sector - Planning and Reporting Service.
At the session, a decision was made that the students of master's studies at UCG, enrolled before the study year 2019/20. year, who in the period from June 26 to December 26 last year repaid the ECTS credit application containing the master's thesis, the funds paid will be returned.
The decision also contains the statement that the Government's conclusions approved the funds of the UCG.
Bjelica said that the amounts shown individually in the Report of the UCG Finance Sector are an integral part of that Decision.
"The Management Board of UCG tasked Nikolić with refunding funds to Master's students, in the amounts specified by the requirements of the organizational units contained in the Report of the Finance Department of UCG, no later than three days from the date of this decision," said Bjelica.
Consent was also given to changes and additions to the Financial Plan of UCG for this year, for organizational units: Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Institute of History, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Metallurgy and Technology and Rectorate of UCG, according to the Rector's proposal and with the opinion of the UCG Finance Department.
As stated, consent was also given to the Amendments and Supplements to the UCG Public Procurement Plan for this year, for all organizational units of the UCG, the Student Parliament, international and scientific research projects.
Igor Vušanović, Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, UCG, is authorized to take legal actions to extend the validity of the effective guarantee.
Consent was also given to the Faculty of Medicine for the temporary transfer of laboratory space of the Faculty of Medicine to the Clinical Center of Montenegro.
At the session, the final report of the Internal Audit Service of UCG was discussed, and the Proposal for Amendments to the Rulebook on Internal Organization and Systematization of Jobs in the Rectorate of UCG was also adopted.
