During the time when the city was managed by the DPS in Vodovod, Gregović was the financial director, and after the arrival of the new city administration, the coalition of DF, Democrats, SNP, GP URA, SDP, Demos, he was transferred to the Audit Service in to that company.

His father, Rade Gregović, was once the president of the Board of Directors of Vodovod, when the city was governed by Mayor Srđa Popović (DPS). This continued the dismissal of the director of the previous government.

The replacement of Dokić was accompanied by numerous irregularities, from the fact that some members of the Board did not have a university degree, to the fact that a member of the Board voted for her election as the President of the Board, which is a conflict of interest. "On inspection of Dokićeva's personal file, there is no decision to approve the appointment of the executive director by the Municipal Assembly, which is in contradiction with the Statute of DOO Vodovod i Kanalizacija Budva. Based on everything, the Board of Directors noted irregularities in the appointment of the executive director," the decision on Dokić's dismissal states.

They claim that Dokić violated the Labor Law and the Act on Systematization, based on several work contracts concluded with several persons during April and June of this year, which they state, referring to the Company's Statute, is a clear basis for the dismissal of the executive director. before the end of the mandate.

"Dokićeva, if she believes that this decision has violated her right from work and by law, is obliged to submit a proposal for a peaceful settlement of the dispute before the Agency for the Peaceful Resolution of Labor Disputes, or before the Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution, before starting the proceedings before the competent court. ", stated in the decision of the Board of Directors.

Until she is assigned to another job, Dokić will be paid her salary according to the executive director's coefficient.

This is the third in a series of dismissals of the director of the recent city administration led by Marko Carević.
