New road in Bjelopolje Rasovo

The asphalting of Resnik Street in the Bijelo Polje settlement of Rasovo yesterday entered the final phase of the project for which the Government of Montenegro allocated more than 600 thousand euros, announced the Public Works Administration.

"Instead of a dilapidated and rather damaged road, in a few days the inhabitants of Rasovo will have a modern and safe road, about 650 meters long, with a road width of six meters, sidewalks 1,5 meters wide on both sides, lighting, water supply and sewage network, which will improve the quality of life in the area to a significant extent. Although the implementation of this project was accompanied by numerous difficulties from the very beginning, mainly caused by the lack of cadastre of underground installations, the Public Works Administration succeeded in bringing the works to the final stage. The new road in Rasovo is one of the many examples of continuous investments of the Government of Montenegro and the Public Works Administration in the development of the infrastructure of the northern region," the announcement of the Public Works Administration states.
