CGO: The Constitutional Court canceled part of the SEC's technical recommendations, we welcome their decision

The Center for Civic Education (CEC) welcomes the final decision of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro, which, on the initiative of the CEC, canceled part of the Technical Recommendations of the State Election Commission (SEC).

The CGE said that they expect the SEC to urgently apply the decision of the Constitutional Court and "finally ensure safe and constitutional preconditions for holding elections".
