The non-governmental organization Center for the Protection and Study of Birds announced on their Facebook profile that they received information that a stork had landed in Ulcinj yesterday afternoon.
"This is a ringed bird that was undergoing rehabilitation in Slovenia, and was released on September 5, near Bled. Hereby, we would like to appeal to all citizens not to disturb the stork, not to approach it and not to feed it, as and to watch out for traffic if they pass through Pinješ. The bird is now in good health, but it is not afraid of people due to its previous experience. The less contact with its relatives, the greater the chances that it will fly away quickly," said the CZIP.
