Public company Morsko dobro will organize public tenders tomorrow for the lease of an attractive parking lot at the site of the Old Bus Station, close to the Old Town.
The only parking lot in the city center will be offered at a starting price of 4.500 euros, and anyone who meets the conditions prescribed by the tender will be able to bid.
"Temporary parking location for the performance of parking services on an area of 1.500 square meters. The user of the parking lot is obliged to reserve 50 percent of parking spaces for residents of the Old Town. The initial price of the annual lease is 4.500, and the bank guarantee is not less than 1.000 euros", it is written in the trainer, which "Vijesti" had access to.
The aforementioned parking lot is up for tender for the first time, and as "Vijesti" was told, the request to Morski Dobr to put it up for auction was sent by the municipal company "Parking Servis".
Executive director Jovan Gregović confirmed that "Parking servis" is interested in leasing a parking lot.
"We want to arrange this parking lot, provide parking spaces for the residents of the Old Town, and also use it for commercial purposes," said Gregović.
With the arrival of Gregović, the company "Parking Servis" was completely rehabilitated from being a loser and a company that had failed financially, and in less than half a year achieved excellent income and increased the number of parking spaces.
