NGO activist and former member of the RTCG Council Goran Đurović accused the Deputy Prime Minister Zoran Pažin of directing the action to remove independent members from the Public Service.
The domestic, as well as the international public, assessed that the changes in the Council threatened editorial independence, and analysts assessed that it was an attempt to take over RTCG by DPS.
Last Sunday, Marković said that his cabinet had nothing to do with the events in the RTCG Council, but Đurović pointed out in the program "Direktno" on TV Vijesti that such a statement makes no sense.
He explains this with the information that Pažin managed the action and that he got that information from the non-governmental sector, and that one of the people who helped the action was Željko Rutović, head of the Media Directorate at the Ministry of Culture.
