The public enterprise for the management of the marine resource yesterday announced a public call for the selection of contractors for the ground-level arrangement of the Great Pier, i.e. the wharf under the walls of the Old Town.
In the announcement of JP, it is pointed out that the project task is to pave the entire area of the plateau, install underground electrical installations, remove worn-out concrete slabs, remove a damaged staircase and build a new one, install public lighting poles, horticultural landscaping and install urban furniture. "This work includes the reconstruction of the grandstands on the Great Scaffold and the organization of the space, which would be suitable for holding city events," the announcement reads.
It is stated that the public invitation will last 60 days, and the selected contractor will have a period of 180 calendar days from the day of introduction to work to complete the work on the arrangement of the Great Scaffold. The total design area is 4.600 square meters, and the estimated value of the subject of this procurement, including VAT, is 810.000,00 euros.
