Achieving a high level of interoperability and modernization of the Army of Montenegro (Army of Montenegro) is the goal in the coming period, said Defense Minister Olivera Injac, stating that the reforms of the defense system will continue.
Injac was on a working visit to the "Knjaz Danilo" military airport in Golubovci with the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Croatian Army, Aleksandar Pantović, and the Director of the Directorate for Defense Policy and Planning, Rajko Pešić.
She said that in the coming period, the goal is to achieve a high level of interoperability and modernization of the Armed Forces, and everything in accordance with the possibilities, so, in this sense, the reforms of the defense system will continue.
Injac emphasized that the safety and security of the members of the VCG are in the first place. She emphasized the importance of the professionalization of the Army, respect for the Code of Military Ethics and care for the position of each of its members, all with the aim of efficient functioning of the defense system.
The Commander of the Air Force of the Serbian Armed Forces, Bojan Blagojević, and the Acting Commander of the Communications and Electronic Warfare Company, Milenko Smolović, introduced Injac to the previous work, situation and activities.
As announced by the Ministry of Defense, they presented the priorities for the next period at the briefing and said that they will continue to perform their duties professionally.
