I would like to publicly thank the management, doctors, medical staff of the Tivat Health Center, as well as the entire staff of the Kotor General Hospital, led by the director Dr. Davor Kumburović and Dr. Ljiljana Knežević, for their sacrifice and dedication in providing quality health care to patients suffering from Covid- 19, said the president of the Croatian Reform Party (HRS), Marija Vučinović, in an open letter to the Minister of Health, Jelena Borovinić Bojović.
"I thank them in my personal name, as well as in the name of all those whom they treated and who continue to treat, risking their own health and the health of their families, providing superhuman efforts. In preserving life, you showed that you are the heroes of our Boka and the whole of Montenegro." said Vučinović.
She stated in the letter that due to her personal health condition, she was not able to, during yesterday's visit to the General Hospital of Kotor Borovinić Bojović, "first as a patient of the institution, and then as a political figure, address and point out the importance of providing vaccines for Montenegro as soon as possible, considering to a high level of infection and an increasingly complex health situation"
"I believe that your administration, led by you, will provide a vaccine in the next short period of time so that the percentage of deaths and the number of newly infected people will be reduced to a minimum," said Vučinić.
