The trial of the accused for the murder of Bogdan Milić in Cetinje on June 11, 2019, which was scheduled for today in the High Court in Podgorica, was postponed to March 15.
Lawyer Lazar Aković asked for the postponement of the main trial in order to prepare the defense because he was recently hired as the defense attorney for the defendant Pero Laličić.
Lazar Nedović and Pero Laličić are designated as members of a criminal organization who are the direct perpetrators of the murder of Bogdan Milić and the wounding of Goran and Dragan Vušurović and Marko Vujačić, according to the indictment of the special prosecution.
In addition to Nedović and Laličić, Mitar Marković, Moša Paović and Žarko Pejaković are also included in the indictment.
According to the investigators' suspicions, they, along with other unidentified persons, became members of a criminal organization formed by an unidentified person in 2109 to commit crimes punishable by a four-year sentence or a heavier sentence.
According to the position of the Prosecutor's Office, each member of the criminal organization had a predetermined task and role, and the action was planned for an indefinite period with the application of precisely defined rules of internal control and discipline of members.
According to the indictment, Marković, on the order of the head of the criminal group, acquired "browing" and "stayer magnicler" pistols for which he did not have a license and handed them over to Nedović and Laličić in order to kill Milić and the people who were with him.
As is well-founded suspicion, they received information from an unknown member of this organization that Bogdan Milić was on the terrace of the "Portun" restaurant.
