The suspension of funding of the current obligations of the Faculty of Montenegrin Language and Literature (FCJK) is an announcement of the final blow that is coming to that institution, i.e. it is an announcement of the final shutdown of one of the brightest points of Montenegrinism, said the member of the Main Board of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) of Montenegro, Vladimir Vojinović.
In his announcement, he states that thanks to the change in the political course in the country, the closure of "this young higher education and scientific institution, which has already achieved notable teaching and scientific results in more than modest working conditions", is about to be closed, only six years after the admission of the first generation of students .
Vojinović called on the authorities to end the obstruction of FCJK work, because as he says, if they don't do it today, they will have to after the local elections in Nikšić.
"In those elections, they will certainly receive a clear message from the citizens who are convinced day by day that the pressures on institutions and members of the academic community, which Montenegro is proud of, are actually a step further in efforts to make the international legal subjectivity of the state of Montenegro meaningless", he believes. he.
Vojinović also called on the Embassy of the United States of America, the Embassy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany to carefully monitor the attitude of the new authorities towards the FCJK, "in order to directly see the state of the new Montenegrin democracy and what status the new authorities intend for teachers and scientists that improve Montenegrinism"
