The Ministry of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media violated the promise that the citizen is always at the center of all services, the Center for the Protection and Study of Birds (CZIP) announced today.
"CZIP is disappointed with the actions of the Ministry of Public Administration, digital society and the media in the case of the submission of an e-petition for the introduction of a temporary suspension of hunting and a fundamental reform of hunting. Namely, on behalf of a group of citizens, on February 23, CZIP submitted an e-petition number: P-2/ 23/2021-80, which was duly received and for which we received notification that, if it meets the conditions for submission, it will be open for signing on the portal "Citizens' Voice - e-Petitions", about which the applicant will be informed within 20 working days. The deadline for notifying the petitioner expired on March 23 at midnight, and we did not receive a response. We could have understood this omission to some extent if we had not sent several urgent calls as well as countless calls to cabinet contacts in order to receive timely information," he points out. in the announcement of the CZIP.
They state that their disappointment with the actions of the ministers is especially reinforced by the last statement of Minister Tamara Srzentić: "The citizen should always be at the center of all services and the creation of public policies, to actively participate in the development of government programs by telling us what he needs and what will benefit him in his daily life. life... We all have the same goal, the development and digitization of Montenegrin society as a whole".
