The proposal of the Decision on amending the Decision on giving consent to the Decision of the Board of Directors of DOO "Komunalno-Lim" Bijelo Polje on the loan of one million euros was unanimously adopted at the 25th extraordinary session of the local parliament.
26 councilors were present at the session.
This decision was adopted at the last session of the local parliament, and the problem arose with the notarization at the competent notary who asked to specify the immovable property that is being pledged, and in question is the market that was handed over to that company for use.
Director of the Property Directorate, Ljubomir Sošić, explaining the changes, pointed out that it often happens that there are two lawyers and three opinions, as it turned out in this case.
"That's why, in order not to stop the realization of the loan, we corrected some numerical ambiguities that were needed by the notary and gave the decision for re-adoption", said Sošić.
Although he gave his support, the rejecter Vidran Kljajević (SNP) transferred it to the ruling coalition DPS-SD-BS due to an omission because the story of this loan is being repeated for the third time.
"The SNP will support Komunalna Lim, which after a long time has been operating without losses, and new jobs have been opened, which we must appreciate. But this repetition and our meeting, as well as the meeting of the competent committees before, cost money and everything should have been done more rationally. The municipality has property, but no specific parts of that property have been indicated that should be pledged for that loan," said Kljajević.
"Bijelo Polje is a promised land for pensioners, and I hope that young people will wait for Montenegro to be a promised land for them, as well as for pensioners with low incomes, people with special needs, mothers with lifelong disabilities who have lost that right and others" , added Kljajević.
