Pepić: Do not politicize the incident in Vranj, it is a thoughtless act and not an evil intention

The situation that happened in Vranje should not be politicized, is the opinion of Abedin Pepić, a member of the Main Board of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) of Montenegro.

"The situation that happened in Vranj is certainly reprehensible. I believe that the situation should not be politicized, because regardless of the act that happened, I believe, even knowing the families of those children, that there was no evil intention, but it was a thoughtless act," it is claimed in announcement.

Pepić states that Vranj is characterized by diversity and harmony characterized by joint celebrations and coexistence.

"I was personally at the celebration of the glory of St. Vasilij Ostroski with people who were present at the celebration and came to congratulate me for Eid yesterday," said Pepić.

"In Vranj, there are many godparents, friendships, brotherhoods that bind us tightly for centuries, and I believe that even this will not disrupt relations, but we will continue to celebrate in peace, love and good coexistence...", he believes.

Pepić called on all political actors "who were involved in solving this incident not to politicize it, because as someone who lives in this place I know that we will solve it mutually and amicably without anyone's help or interference".
