The company "Čistoća" from Podgorica reacted to the article published yesterday under the title "Returned to work the same day, then sent on vacation".

"In an earlier article about Denis Hot and his labor legal status, your media concluded the text with the words that this ends the polemic between Hot and 'Cistoca'. However, in the new text, you again present completely flat information that Hot conveys to you. The title of the text is tendentious, creates clear pressure on the court, and gives a bad image of our society in public. These announcements have nothing to do with objective reporting to the public, but they bring about Hot's goal, in which your journalist Damira Kalač generously, knowingly or unknowingly helps him, to put pressure on the court through the media to achieve favorable results in the proceedings.

Before denying the claims that you make public and that Hot presents to you, we especially warn you that the only result of these texts is Hot's putting pressure on the court, in order to obtain a favorable decision for himself.

Fortunately, the court has so far remained immune to the pressure you are exerting with these texts, because on May 13.05.2021, 59. Basic Court in Podgorica issued decision I. no. 21/XNUMX, which establishes that this company acted according to the final judgment of the court. So, despite the existence of a court decision on the legal behavior of 'Cistoca', you still emphasize the allegedly threatened rights of this employee, even though the court confirms that 'Cistoca' acts within the legal framework.

Hot is employed by 'Čistoća', and further personnel movements for him as well as for other employees will not be directed by any media pressure or threats, but by legal work and the real needs of the employer, which are ultimately evaluated positively by the competent authorities, such as is the case in the above-mentioned court decision.

The numerous unfounded criminal charges filed by Hot are an attempt to jeopardize the work of "Cistoca" and achieve personal satisfaction, to which the competent prosecutorial authorities remain immune, not allowing the abuse of the right to file a criminal charge to gain an unfounded dimension.

As time has shown, the work of 'Purity' is legitimate. Our city has never been more organized from a communal aspect, society is stable and functions seriously and almost flawlessly, regardless of such difficulties that Hot is trying to achieve just for the sake of personal interests. All the articles you publish have nothing as their goal, but to promote one person, as some kind of rights fighter, and in essence it is about a person who, by abusing procedural powers, and we don't know what influence on your paper, gets the opportunity to put pressure on the court and judicial authorities , which your editors should notice, and prevent this person from keeping a personal diary of subjective experiences of physicality in public.

In the coming months, as has been the case until now, 'Cistoća' will independently, legally and responsibly manage the personnel policy, treating Hot as the same as other employees, both in terms of the right to use annual leave and all other rights and obligations. employer and employee. In the end, we also expect the decisions of the judicial authorities according to Hot's criminal charges, after which our society will take appropriate legal steps towards Hot, and all other persons who in this way systematically and continuously cause damage to our society, which, despite this, remains impeccably high in the quality of service provision and legal treatment of users and employees", concludes the response.
