Not everything is clean in "Purity"

It is not the first time that the management of "Čistoća" and the executive director Andrija Čađenović ignore the questions of "Vijesti", and then when the editorial office publishes the text without an answer from the other side - they react.

The journalist sent "Čistoći" a question regarding the labor-legal status of the employee Denis Hot via email on May 12. The text was published eight days later.

Eight days were not enough for the management to answer one question - on the basis of which, in the management of "Čistoće", after the court's decision, Hota was assigned to the position of independent officer of exploitation of vehicles and machinery, considering that they knew that the position was filled .

In "Čistoća" they state that Hot is still employed in that company, which is formally the case and which the journalist does not deny either. On the contrary, in the text to which "Čistoća" reacts, it is written that Hot was returned to work on May 11, and that on the same day he received a notification that there was no further need for his work engagement, and that he was sent on annual leave.

It's clear, Hot is employed for sure until the vacation ends.

"Purity" calls the journalists' allegations flat. In the text, the journalist presented what is written in the official documentation, among other things, and the one sent to Hota by the management of that Podgorica company - the notification about the termination of the need for his work engagement and the decision on annual leave.

The management of "Čistoća" is waving to the public with the story of a city that has never been more organized - from the communal aspect. Thus, he tries to justify the minuses of those who make decisions in the company. The employees of "Čistoća", the workers in the field, really make extraordinary efforts to clean up after messy citizens. The management, however, cannot boast of such purity in relation to the company and the citizens - it was not long ago when the citizens themselves paid for the case in which the executive director Čađenović was legally convicted of mobbing.

And it is not a purity that several members of the management board violate the Law on Prevention of Corruption.

From "Čistoća" they unskillfully refer to the earlier writing of "Vijesti" about the labor-legal status of Hota. At that time, that company and Hot reacted to that text, the editorial board concluded their polemic. The management of "Čistoće" naively interprets that conclusion as if the newsroom will never write about the topic again. Especially when the topic has a new situation.

In order to avoid further confusion in "Čistoća", the journalist says that she will write every time, as before, when she can support the writing with documentation. And, as before, they will send questions to the management of "Cistoće" and specify a deadline for receiving answers. Everything as before.

The only thing the journalist still hopes for is that the newsrooms will establish mechanisms that will not allow those who do not answer the questions to write reactions that are not correct.
