Nimanbeg expects an apology from FK Budućnost and a reaction from the Cne Gora Football Association.

"In my opinion, the title should be taken away from Budućnost, even though it was deservedly won on the green field, as a lesson for the future that such cheering should not be repeated," said Nimanbegu.

Nimanbegu pointed out that the President of Tuzi Municipality Nika Đeljošaj stopped the counter cheering.

He thanked the President of Montenegro Milo Đukanović, the Liberal Party and the SDP for reacting.

"This incident should not be underestimated. If it happened in the past, it will destroy civil Montenegro in the future," Nimanbegu said.

At today's session, SNP leader Vladimir Joković and Vice President of the Assembly Strahinja Bulajić condemned cheering for Varvar.

Joković pointed out that he also condemns the behavior towards RTCG journalist Nebojša Šofranc, MP and colleague Milan Knežević when he was insulted by Montenegrin handball players.

"Let's leave sports to the athletes," said Joković.

Bulajić pointed out that he condemns what happened at the match and that all types of chauvinism must be condemned by all deputies.

The Liberal Party believes that it is an attempt to harm FC "Budućnost" and the city "from circles outside of sports".

"We condemn the disgraceful and inappropriate behavior and chanting of an angry group that found themselves at the Budućnost stadium with the intention of insulting our neighbors, fellow citizens and Albanian friends, causing damage to FC Budućnost and Podgorica and to the common life that has been cultivated in the city for centuries. It is clear that this group has nothing to do with the club or the city and that their only goal was to cause a scandal by introducing choreographies unknown to the Montenegrin sports scene, obviously under the influence of some groups from the region. to the man of our city and Montenegro. This is an isolated case inspired from outside sports circles, and the reaction of the audience at the stadium, who resented and shouted over the shameful chanting of this group, speaks volumes that the majority does not support such scandals," the Podgorica LP board said in a statement.

The Social Democratic Party (SDP) said they condemn the nationalist chanting of some fans of FC Budućnost.

"Because of a group of extremists, tens of thousands of those who are connected to the biggest Montenegrin sports club feel shame and shame. "The nationalistic 'refreshment' that has been spreading in Montenegro since August worries every honest citizen who sees this country as their homeland. "The presence of the public at the stadium after the pandemic caused by COVID-19 at the football match between Budućnost and Dečić in Podgorica proved the unsportsmanlike actions of the crowd. These are scandalous calls and insults against the Dečić sports team, especially Albanians in general. These scandalous anti-Albanian statements without dilemmas are a neo-fascist phenomenon that has been present in Montenegro for a long time, but we are convinced that they have nothing to do with football as a sport and the citizens of Podgorica and Montenegro," the party concluded.

The Democratic Alliance of Albanians said that the consequences should be borne by the host and organizer of the match, and that international sports organizations should not be silent about "fascism from Podgorica".
