Users of Crnogorski Telekom in Zabjelo still cannot use the services of this company because the fault has not been repaired.
During the morning hours of November 19, there was a malfunction due to a break in the telecommunication cables, after which more than 1.000 users were left without landline telephone, Internet and cable television.
After Telekom's teams determined where the fault had occurred, local resident Vanja Đurišić prevented them from repairing it. Đurišić did not allow workers to carry out work on the land in Yerevanska street, over which he is in dispute with the capital.
After they were prevented from fixing the malfunction, the authorities in Telekom turned to the competent state institutions. They asked the Administration for Inspection Affairs to act according to the law and provide conditions for eliminating the defect.
The Directorate for Inspections told "Vijesti" that they are working diligently on all reports "regardless of who is the applicant or the subject of supervision".
After Telekom sent the Administration an initiative for inspection supervision, the inspector was informed by the Basic State Prosecutor's Office that Telekom had filed criminal charges against Đurišić for the criminal offense of destruction and damage to public devices, and that the necessary information for making a decision was being obtained.
The Administration points out that the Law on General Administrative Procedure stipulates that an authorized official must terminate the procedure when the previous question refers to the existence of a criminal offense.
"In accordance with this legal provision, the inspector made a decision to suspend the proceedings until the competent authorities complete the proceedings on the submitted criminal charges", announced the Administration.
However, yesterday, the chief expert supervisor of the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Activities performed expert supervision in the presence of the chief inspector for electronic communications of the Directorate for Inspection Affairs.
"Acts will be submitted to the subject of supervision - Crnogorsk Telecom AD, on the basis of which we expect to resolve the situation", announced the Administration.
Vanja Đurišić previously stated that he had nothing to do with the breakdown, but told the residents of Zabjela that he was only defending his right to private property.
Due to the malfunction, Đurišić stated that his neighbors are threatening him, attacking him and calling him a criminal, for which he claims he will file criminal charges.
