The President of the Trade Union of Administration and Justice, Nenad Rakočević, accused the management of the company National Parks of Montenegro of continuing to hire according to the party key, and that another such job, for an indefinite period, could belong to Mihail Pavićević, the author of the logo for NP Lovćen.
Rakočević specifies that on June 4, NPCG published two advertisements - for the head of the cabinet and an expert associate for digital design and marketing.
The company, headed by Jelena Kljajević, did not respond to "Vijesti" questions regarding Rakočević's allegations.

"The redesign of the logos of the national parks caused a real storm among the public. In addition to the abolition of the recognizable solution, which was a donation from the United Nations Development Agency (UNDP), the new logo of NP Lovćen, which, according to many, shows the chapel of Karađorđević instead of Njegoš's mausoleum, was particularly controversial. The public was also interested in finding out who the creator of the new logos was and how he was involved in the NPCG", said Rakočević to "Vijesta".
He reminds that the president of the Management Board of NPCG, Marina Jočić, previously confirmed that "the graphic solutions and new logos are the author's work of Mihailo Pavićević, employed in the Creative Department."
"However, in NPCG, in the Creative Department, Mihailo Pavićević does not work in that position, but in mid-May, as the media announced, he was hired on the basis of a contract for temporary and occasional jobs," emphasizes Rakoćević.
He points out that "the president of the Board of Directors of NPCG, in a television show, admitted that she hires according to party criteria and emphasized that there are certain names in the notebook".
"Is Mihailo Pavićević one of the names from Marina Jočić's notebook? Is it recommended by the author's work and expertise or by sleeping in tents? The question arises whether this public advertisement is a way to reward the author of the logo with a contract for an indefinite period of time and whether Pavićević will have an advantage over the other candidates applying for the competition? Recently, information appeared in some media that there is a suspicion that the advertisement for the position of chief of staff of the director of NPCG is intended for a person who is already engaged in that company", claims Rakočević.
The NPCG did not answer questions regarding the nature of the engagement, i.e. the NPCG contract with Pavićević, but also on the basis of which competition he was selected, when and for what period.
They did not answer questions about who was employed as an expert associate for digital design and marketing, according to the June 4 competition, nor did they answer Rakočević's claims that the ad was "a way to reward the author of the logo with an indefinite contract."
The NPCG is also silent on questions about whether Pavićević, due to the creation of the logo for the NPCG, could have an advantage over other registered candidates and how many people applied for the advertisement from June 4.
They did not respond to Rakočević's allegations that Pavićević is "one of the names from Marina Jočić's notebook" and "whether he is recommended by author's work and expertise or sleeping in tents", but also how many candidates were registered for the position of chief of staff of NPCG director.
