Thanks to a donation worth more than 30.000 euros, the Institute for Children's Diseases has reconstructed an elevator which, as announced, will contribute to the good technical functioning of the Institute.
The reconstruction was realized thanks to a donation from the dairy "Lazine", the company "Simšić Montmilk" from Danilovgrad, the "Regulatory Agency for Energy" from Podgorica and the company "Euro Prost" from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The director of the Institute for Children's Diseases, Sonja Milašinović, thanked for the donation and said that the new elevator will contribute to the good technical functioning of the Institute.
She stated that the elevator, which is 60 years old as well as the Institute, has been functioning well until now with evident technical problems.
Milašinović said that the new elevator will enable better and safer transportation in this organizational unit of the Clinical Center of Montenegro (KCCG) and congratulated the employees of the "Lazine" dairy on their jubilee, 20 years since its establishment.
"I wish you good business results and that you continue to have a noble heart, at least as far as the children's population is concerned," said Milašinović.
The founder of the "Lazine" dairy, Milutin Đuranović, said that on the occasion of the jubilee, they decided to allocate 20.000 euros for donor purposes.
Đuranović stated that they chose the Institute for Children's Diseases based on the sayings that, as he said, are often used in Montenegro: "health has no price and children are the greatest wealth".
"Combining those two thoughts into one, we decided to dedicate the donation to the Children's Hospital of the Clinical Center," said Đuranović.
He said that they are glad that they improved the conditions in the Children's Hospital in this way.
"We want the elevator to be functional and reliable, but to be used by as few children with problems as possible, and if they use it, it should be a downward path towards the ground floor when recovered, healthy children, in the arms of their parents, go home happy and excited," he said. is Đuranović.
Director of KCCG, Zorica Kovačević, thanked the dairy "Lazine" and the company "Euro Prost" from BiH, which participated in the donation.
She also handed over certificates of thanks to the donors in memory of the fact that today they were one of the main actors in the realization of another important project.
