The Rulebook on the appearance and content of the extract form from the register of life partnerships of persons of the same sex was published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro.
The rulebook was signed by the Minister of the Interior, Sergej Sekulović.
Article 1 states that this rulebook prescribes the content and appearance of the extract form from the register of life partnerships of persons of the same sex (hereinafter: partnership).
In Article 2, it is written that the form of extract from the register of partnerships is rectangular, dimensions 210 mm x 297 mm, in blue color, with the stylized Coat of Arms of Montenegro in the background.
Article 3 states:
The extract form from the register of partnerships contains the name "MONTEGREEN", the place for entering the name of the municipality that issues the extract, the title of the document "EXTRACT FROM THE REGISTER OF SAME-SEX LIFE PARTNERSHIPS", text: "In the register of life partnerships of persons of the same sex, which is kept for the place _______ , under serial number ______ for ________ year ________, the entry of the conclusion of a life partnership of persons of the same sex was made", as well as the places for entering data from the register of partnerships, namely: place of conclusion of partnership, day, month and year of conclusion of partnership, data on partners, i.e. partners - first and last name, unique identity number, day, month and year of birth, place of birth, citizenship, residence and address, information about parents - first and last name, as well as declarations of the partner, i.e. the last name of the partner after the conclusion of the partnership, subsequent registrations and annotations, places for entering dates and places for issuing extracts, as well as places for the registrar's signature and a place for a stamp.
Article 4 stipulates that the Form of extract from the register of life partnerships of persons of the same sex is an integral part of this rulebook.
Article 5 states that this Rulebook will be published in the "Official Gazette of Montenegro", and it will enter into force on July 15, 2021.
