The Agency for Prevention of Corruption initiated proceedings against the member of the Council of Radio and Television of Montenegro (RTCG) Naod Zorić on suspicion of violating the Law on Prevention of Corruption.
"Members of the new convocation of the STCG fulfilled their legal obligation and submitted reports on income and assets or informed the Agency about the transfer from one position to another, with the exception of public official Naod Zorić, who submitted the report after the deadline prescribed in the Law. Misdemeanor proceedings have been initiated against him", the Agency told "Vijesti".
On June 11, the Parliament of Montenegro elected nine members of the RTCG Council, including Veselin Drljević, Žarko Mirković, Marijana Camović Veličković, Amina Murić, Milica Špajak, Bojan Baća, Filip Lazović and Predrag Marsenić.
The law stipulates that a public official is obliged to submit a report on income and assets within 30 days of appointment, and for those who were already in office at that time, to inform the Agency about the transition to a new one within the same period. For those who fail to fulfill this legal obligation, a fine of 500 to 2.000 euros is prescribed.
"Vijesti" has already published the cards of Mirković, Špajak, Baće, Lazović and Marsenić.
Camović Veličković reported that she is the owner of an apartment of 40 square meters and a car "Toyota Jaris" from 2008, which she acquired by purchase.
In addition, it registered 3.555 shares in the Montenegrin electric transmission system.
She did not give her consent to inspect the accounts, but Murić did.
In addition to 550 euros from the Council, Murić reported a salary of 600 euros from her regular job.
She is the owner of a "Volkswagen polo" from 2005, which she acquired by purchase, and since 2017 she has been paying back the 30.000 housing loan in installments of 202 euros.
For Drljević and Zorić, the records are not yet available in the Agency's registry.
Cartons are published after administrative and technical control.
