All tourists staying in Montenegro, as well as citizens, for all information, suggestions, complaints and compliments, the call center of the National Tourist Organization of Montenegro is available through the special phone number 080/001-300.
The NTOCG call center is completely free for all calls made from the territory of Montenegro.
Working hours are seven days a week, from Monday to Friday, from 20 a.m. to 17 p.m., or on weekends, from XNUMX a.m. to XNUMX p.m.
In addition, tourists and citizens who call the NTOCG Call Center outside of working hours can leave a voice message, and the operator will contact them later, NTOCG announced.
What is new this year, as they point out, is that users have the option to contact the Call Center and get the desired information via Live Chat on the official website of NTOCG - www.montenegro.travel.
"In addition to the provision of precise information by our operators, tourists and citizens can give their suggestions and thus actively participate in raising the quality of tourist services in the destination," said NTOCG.
They note that every received suggestion and complaint is recorded, and the processing phase automatically follows.
"The inspection or institution responsible for a specific suggestion or complaint is contacted and the user, if he wants feedback, is informed within the same or the next day, by contacting the Call Center again and the operator on duty gives him feedback on the outcome of the intervention."
