The Budva Committee of the Citizens' Movement URA spoke out after billboards appeared in that city plastered with messages in anticipation of the population census. They called on the President of the Municipality Marko Carević and the head of the Municipal Police and Inspection to remove the illegal billboards of the Lovćen film.
"And again according to the old tried and tested DPS-DF template: due to the lack of vision for the recovery of the economic and social needs of the city and citizens, "blood cell measurements" are being carried out. Of course, everything to meet the population census, considering citizens susceptible to various manipulations in the form of messages on billboards. If we strive for the rule of law and indiscriminate application of the law, then we are sure that from 2018 until today, the illegal billboards of 'Lovćen filma', which are not recognized by the plan or the contractual obligation, and which are located along the streets of Budva. In this direction, we call on the President of the Municipality of Budva and the Chief of the Municipal Police and Inspection to implement plans, decisions and the law, and to remove illegal billboards, which once again in a series of cases so far are doing everything to deepen divisions among citizens. Bearing in mind how much money this company has taken from all the citizens of Budva through the city budget, how many projects it has realistically implemented from the allocated funds, we will clearly come to the conclusion that this is another in a series of jobs and companies that were created, to cause annexations great damage to Budva and its citizens. That's why we voted in the 2019 budget not to provide funds for the 'Lovćen film' for the first time, so that the robbery of citizens does not continue, but it seems that this is still being done", according to the announcement of OO URA Budva.
