From today until Monday, August 2, the operation of discotheques, disco clubs/bars and nightclubs/bars, outdoors and indoors, is temporarily prohibited, the Ministry of Health announced.
If the epidemiological situation is favorable, they will start working again from August 2, but only for those who are:
- fully vaccinated or received the first dose;
- or have a negative PCR test;
- Or they have proof that they have recovered from the coronavirus: (less than 180 days have passed since the positive PCR test)
The measures prohibit parties and music festivals, as well as any mass gathering indoors. It is expected that these gatherings will be allowed again from August 2, but only for those who are:
- fully vaccinated or received the first dose;
- or have a negative PCR test;
- Or they have proof that they have recovered from the coronavirus: (less than 180 days have passed since the positive PCR test)
O from August 2, stay in the interior of catering facilities will be allowed only to those who:
- fully vaccinated or received the first dose;
- have a negative PCR test;
- Or they have proof that they have recovered from the coronavirus: (less than 180 days have passed since the positive PCR test).
Neither a rapid negative antigen test nor an antibody test is accepted in any of these cases.
It is forbidden to perform live music inside catering facilities. Live music can be performed in the gardens of the terraces and open-air bars until midnight with consistent observance of all other epidemiological measures.
"If, however, the trend of breaking the schedule continues and if live music performances inside catering establishments continue, we will move from punishment, without giving another opportunity, to a total suspension and ban on the performance and broadcasting of music in general," said the director of the Institute for Public Health.
