Zoran Kujović established a working relationship in the position of Acting Chief of the Municipal Police, with fictitious evidence of work experience, according to the Municipal Committee (OO) of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS).
From that party, reacting to Kujović's statement, they say that "this is evidenced by the record of the control inspection supervision, based on which the administrative inspector of the MUP brought him a decision prohibiting him from performing the duties of the Acting Chief of the Municipal Police".
"In the excess of free time, created as a result of not finding a work engagement in the current distribution of spoils, i.e. the expected directorships, and all because of the assessment of "those who wonder" that there is a lack of competence, that is, there are others with more expertise, knowledge, experience and skills , the president of the SNP in Kolašin was dealing with criminal charges and calls, which he used to heat up the telephones in the Directorate for Inspection Affairs. And everything sounds good while he wholeheartedly defends the law. But it is unclear and surprising how this current self-proclaimed "protector of the law and public interest" allowed himself , aware that he does not meet the requirements, that with fictitious evidence of work experience, he is establishing an employment relationship at the position of Acting Chief of the Communal Police," writes the OO DPS in its response.
From that party, they say that the administrative inspector forbade Kujović to perform the duties of acting chief of the Municipal Police "for the reason that he established an employment relationship with proof of one year of internship, while the law required at least three years of work experience in managerial positions."
"We wonder why then, as now, he did not stand up for respect for the law, but rather grossly violated it for his own benefit? Why then did he not protect, as he says, "the public interest and himself", but only himself? Did he dare to behaves and illegally performs a public function? And did Zoran Kujović show arrogance by his example and how is a public official allowed to behave?", wrote in the response of the Kolašin DPS.
They say that Kujović "then, as now, apparently, did not care about respect for the law and the public interest, but only about his personal interest". They also claim that "the background of all activities is the intention to obtain several tens of thousands of euros in compensation following an appeal against the decision on dismissal from the position of Chief of the Municipal Police". He later based that employment relationship, they remind, "on the basis of work experience gained through illegal employment as acting head of the same service."
