Kujović: Explain how you planted an illegal decision on the organization and way of working of the local administration against Bulatović

The president of the Municipal Committee of the Socialist People's Party (SNP) and former head of the Kolasin Municipal Police, Zoran Kujović, said that in his statements he did not address "the illegitimate Committee of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), but the President of the Municipality Milosav Bulatović".

He asked that party to explain, among other things, "what prompted them to subvert the illegally adopted Decision on the Organization and Mode of Operation of Local Government to Bulatović".

"Dear gentlemen, who manage the OO DPS in cooperation with the "independent" and politically lost partners from the Group of Voters, I addressed Mr. Bulatović, as the President of the Municipality, and the holder of the executive power, with a statement. I wanted to once again invite him publicly and transparently to finally start respecting the law. I did not address a single written word to the illegitimate OO DPS, which showed its strength at the last sessions, where the members of that party could be counted on the fingers of one hand, if we do not count the party officials, and thus forgot what it is a "quorum", Kujović said.

He demands that you explain to the OO DPS how his "alleged, illegal employment led to the conviction of officials of that party".

"When you, "hidden" behind the whole board, which does not exist, talk about illegalities and fictitious evidence, explain to the citizens of Kolašin how my alleged illegal employment led to the conviction of your officials? Explain also how, as you said, my "self-appointment ", led you to grossly and mercilessly violate the laws since 2018. Explain how some individuals from the non-existent board raised their hand and thus trampled not only the law but also themselves", says the president of the OO SNP and former chief of the Municipal Police.

He asks the DPS what prompted them "to slyly subvert the illegally made Decision on the organization and working methods of the local administration to the President of the Municipality and induce him to form the non-existent Service of Managers".

"Did my faith incite you to slyly subvert the illegal Decision on the organization and working methods of local government to the president and make him suffer the responsibility of the announced inspection by forming a non-existent Manager's Service? Did my appointment also incite you to you are systematizing dozens of jobs, through uncoordinated systematization, all for unprofessional "party" personnel who are now leaving the non-existent and disorganized OO DPS and "sowing fear" with criminal charges due to the probably "pure and legal" actions of certain party and local officials?", asks OO Kujović DPS.

Kujović tells the OO DPS that about his work while he was in the position of the head of the Municipal Police, "citizens as well as employees of the Service will be asked." Only then, he says, can they judge. Monetary compensation, as he wrote, "can only be the result of illegal actions and employment". Kujović asks OO DPS whose mistakes these are.

"Finally, I am telling the political cowards from OO DPS, whose name and surname must not stand behind the announcement, as well as their helper with the red folder from GB, that their political time is passing. I promise that law and justice will prevail, and while I am the president of the OO SNP, I will always work in the interest of all citizens, unlike individuals from your ranks who exclusively satisfy personal and family interests", concludes Kujović.
