The beach at Ulcinj Ada will probably be accessible only to nudists in the future.
Bojan Đakonović, director of the Ulcinj Riviera, within which the nudist resort operates, confirmed this to "Vijesta".
Yesterday, the workers of that company removed the fence that for more than 20 years divided the beach into a larger part for nudists and a smaller one, reserved for "dressed" swimmers.
"We'll see more, but there probably won't be any room on the beach for anyone except nudists," said Đakonović.
Thus, after two decades, Ada will be returned to those for whom it was opened - nudists.
From Morski Dobr, it was confirmed to the "News" that there is no planned section reserved for non-nudists at the bathing area on Ada.
Ada hosted its first tourists in 1973, when the German tourist agency "Miramare" of the Halgat brothers, which dealt exclusively with naturist tourism, invested about half a million marks for the construction of the so-called. black villas with about 100 beds. It soon became clear that this was not enough, so the so-called white villas and an auto-camp were built when up to one and a half thousand tourists could spend the summer on Ada. Until 1987, when the bridge was built, Ada was reached by scaffolding. The beginning of the bloody wars in the former Yugoslavia in the XNUMXs also marked the end of elite tourism on Ada - on the eve of the conflict, the last group of German nudists left the camp by order of their embassy.
